Product Introduction:

The fungal fluorescent staining solution exhibits excellent sensitivity and specificity, accurately revealing the morphological structure of fungal hyphae and spores, providing more precise information on fungal infections for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The fluorescent dye contained in the reagent developed by our company can specifically bind to β-polysaccharide components (including chitin and cellulose) on the fungal cell wall, thus achieving fungal staining. Under excitation light with a wavelength of 365nm, fungi emit blue fluorescence. Through microscope observation, the presence of fungi can be confirmed and their species can be identified.

This reagent is suitable for a variety of samples, including skin scrapings, nail clippings, hair, urine, sputum, pleural fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and vaginal secretions.
