Built upon standard CO₂ incubators, this model is equipped with an additional refrigeration control system, removing the ambient temperature limitations of conventional units. It is widely applied to the culture of cells, tissues and microorganisms that require low-temperature environments, or used in laboratories with dramatic temperature variations.

Dual heating and refrigeration control delivers higher temperature precision and stability. Adopting Peltier semiconductor refrigeration technology, it features high cooling efficiency, low power consumption and outstanding energy-saving and eco-friendly performance.


User-friendly Design

  • Large color touchscreen displays all parameters on a single interface. Menu-based operation is intuitive and easy to use.
  • The control panel is equipped with password lock to prevent misoperation, and supports timing function.
  • The inner chamber and shelves are made of 304 stainless steel with rounded corners. Electrochemical treatment on the inner wall provides excellent corrosion resistance, inhibits bacterial growth, and facilitates long-term use as well as easy cleaning and disinfection.

CO₂ Monitoring & Control System

  • Adopts imported infrared (IR) CO₂ sensor for stable performance and long service life.
  • Highly sensitive to CO₂ concentration changes, and free from interference from internal temperature and humidity fluctuations.
  • Fast CO₂ recovery: After the door is kept open for 30 seconds and then closed, the CO₂ level can return to the preset 5% within 3 minutes, enabling rapid stabilization and uniform distribution of CO₂ inside the chamber.

O₂ Concentration Control (Optional)

  • Equipped with zirconia O₂ sensor featuring good linearity and long service life, achieving precise and stable O₂ regulation.
  • O₂ control range: 1% to 90% (minimum 0.1%). It is applicable to hyperoxic, hypoxic and microaerobic culture.

Temperature Control System

  • High-precision Pt100 temperature sensors ensure accurate internal temperature.
  • Six-sided heating prevents condensation inside the chamber and avoids bacterial contamination of cultures.
  • An independent ambient temperature monitor automatically adjusts the heating system according to environmental changes to prevent temperature overshoot.

Semiconductor Refrigeration (Peltier)

  • This technology delivers high cooling efficiency and drastically cuts energy consumption. Its power consumption is reduced by over 85% compared with compressor refrigeration.

Humidity Control

  • Built-in humidity control system maintains precise and stable humidity inside the chamber.

Anti-contamination Control 90°C High-Temperature & High-Humidity Sterilization System

  • Performs thorough sterilization on the entire chamber, including temperature sensors, CO₂ sensors, fans, shelves and brackets. It eliminates bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma and other microorganisms to create a safe experimental environment.
  • One-touch operation enables easy interior sterilization.

HEPA Filter

  • Standard built-in HEPA filter efficiently removes airborne bacteria and dust to keep the chamber clean at all times.
  • Real-time filter life indicator on the control panel allows convenient status monitoring.

Microbial Filter

  • A microbial filter is installed at the CO₂ inlet. It achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles ≥ 0.3μm, effectively removing bacteria and dust from incoming CO₂ gas.

Reserved Test Port

  • External detection sensors can be connected via the test port to monitor real-time temperature, CO₂ concentration, humidity and other parameters, ensuring reliable operational data.

Safety Functions

  • Alarms for abnormal high/low temperature, overtemperature and abnormal CO₂ concentration.
  • Reminders for long door opening and ongoing sterilization.
  • Heating and air circulation automatically stop when the door is opened to avoid temperature overshoot.
  • Independent over-limit temperature alarm system cuts off heating automatically once the temperature exceeds the threshold, ensuring safe operation.

Hierarchical Access Management

  • Three access levels are available: Administrator, Operator and Guest.
  • Data storage function with optional USB interface for data export.

Data Recording & Fault Diagnosis Display (Optional)

  • All recorded data can be downloaded to a computer via RS485 port. Historical data is available for quick fault diagnosis when malfunctions occur.

Wireless SMS Alarm System (Optional)

  • The system captures fault signals and sends SMS alerts to designated mobile phones in real time, enabling timely troubleshooting to minimize experiment losses.

Electronic Signature Function (Optional)

  • Supports real-time electronic signature based on current user login information. Printed reports show device ID, timestamp and other relevant information.

Smart APP Control System (Optional)
