Oxygen Concentration Control
- Adopts zirconia oxygen sensors with excellent linearity and long service life, enabling precise and stable oxygen concentration control.
- Oxygen concentration range: 1% to 90% (minimum 0.1%). A single tri-gas incubator supports hyperoxic, hypoxic and microaerobic culture applications.
Temperature Control System
- Equipped with Pt100 temperature sensors to ensure accurate internal temperature.
- Six-sided heating design prevents condensation inside the chamber and avoids bacterial contamination of cell cultures.
- Independent ambient temperature monitoring system automatically adjusts the heating unit according to ambient temperature changes to prevent temperature overshoot.
Anti-contamination Control 90°C Damp Heat Sterilization System
- Performs thorough damp heat sterilization for the entire chamber (including temperature sensors, CO₂ sensors, fans, shelves and supports), eliminating bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma and other microorganisms to create a safe experimental environment.
- One-touch operation for easy interior sterilization.
HEPA Filter
- Standard built-in HEPA filter effectively removes airborne bacteria and dust particles to maintain a clean interior environment.
- Filter service life indicator on the control panel displays real-time status for easy monitoring.
Microbial Filter
- Microbial filters are installed at CO₂ and O₂ air inlets. It achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles ≥ 0.3μm, effectively removing bacteria and dust from CO₂, nitrogen and oxygen gas streams.
UV Sterilization System (Optional)
- Built-in UV sterilization system regularly disinfects the chamber. It kills floating bacteria in circulating air and on humidifying water trays, effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
Automatic Cylinder Switching
- Built-in A/B automatic switching valves for CO₂, O₂ and nitrogen gas cylinders reduce cylinder replacement frequency and ensure uninterrupted gas supply.
Air Intake Control System
- A two-stage pressure reducing valve is supplied as standard for stable pressure regulation.
